Cathy is a good worker, but sometimes she is a tad bit too headstrong. As a leader of the Union, she has her own ideas about how she wants to do things. Nick, her boss can't always tolerate her behavior, and from time to time he doesn't agree with the girl's ideas about right and wrong.
